Derived from the word "Amnion", Aemnio serves as the official music channel set in the Frutas universe with two main broadcasts: Nexus, a program centered on giving a personal spotlight to homegrown Southern California DJ's and electronic artists, and Fresh(er) Finds, a curated stream of new and obscure music videos. While officially becoming a part of Frutas in 2023, the concept was born in 2021 as a producer collective, featuring the work of Nexus host, Maeve. The focus of Aemnio is not to overwhelm & saturate existing social media sites with consistent, shallow content, but to expose and provide insight into the minds of creatives burgeoning from the underground through in-depth, crafted segments. Showcasing music videos, DJ mixes, and interviews, patrons can enjoy the site with no ads, as Amenio/Frutas are collectively user funded. Aemnio is a human effort, utilizing the art of personal growth, displaying appreciation for our favorite artists and to learn from each other, learn about each other, and to come together over our shared love of electronic music.
